Major Responsibilities:

Major Responsibilities:

Direct the daily technical service work of the company products, including the remote or on site service to solve the troubles and questions of the customers in relate of the application of the products;
Cooperate with the marketing&sales department, to do the promoting market development of the new products, and pre-sale and after-sale service;
Coordinate the internal and external related resources, to study and make the quality improvement plans of the products, and effectively implement them.
Establish a good and close relationship with customers with the aid of one-stop solution service and rapid response application technical service.
In charge of the development of the talent team, including the talent development plan, the recruitment of the talents, training of the talents etc..

Requirements:

Preparing of the opening report of the projects and reports of the progress of the projects;
Technical demonstration for the customers;
In charge of the organization of the technical exchanging meetings;
Responsible for the coordinating with the departments of sales, production and QC.,

Requirements:

  • 1.B.S. or above in a scientific discipline including polymer science, chemistry, and related fields;

  • Job Title: Research Associate III
  • Summary: Technical competency in particle science with the ability to execute and complete of particle identification and compendial particle analytical requests. This hands-on role collects and interprets analytical data supporting quality decisions related to product complaints, release of manufactured products, and enabling new product development. 1.Post doctoral Scientist position

The Global Surgery Group has an opportunity for a Post doctoral Scientist - Mass Spectrometry, located in Somerville, New Jersey.

The successful candidate for this Post doctoral Scientist position will become part of the Analytical Characterization team in partnership with the company's research and development organization. The major responsibilities of the candidate involve applying state-of-art Mass Spectrometry techniques to perform studies such as for trace unknown impurities in complex polymer matrices, degradation products of polymer systems, small molecules/polymer interaction products, extractables/leachables, etc. The successful candidate is expected to foster team collaboration with other analytical associates in techniques such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy & Gel Permeation Chromatography. The expected duration of this position will be 2 years.

The Post doctoral Scientist will have a Ph.D. in chemistry or a related discipline. The preferred candidate will have up to 2 years of industrial experience. In-depth knowledge of Mass Spectrometry instruments and hands-on experience on instrument maintenance and troubleshooting is required. Extensive research experience in MALDI/Mass spectrometer is required. Experience in the area of synthetic polymer and/or biologics analysis in relation to MALDI/Mass Spec is preferred. Prior experience with MALDI tissue imaging is preferred. Excellent oral & written communication skills and problem solving ability are required.

The Global Surgery Group has an opportunity for a Staff Scientist – Mass Spectrometry, located in Somerville, New Jersey.

This Staff Scientist position will become part of the Analytical Characterization team which works in partnership with the company’s broader Research and Development organization. The major responsibilities include applying state-of-art mass spectrometry techniques to perform structural elucidation & quantification studies (trace unknown impurities in complex polymer matrices and biologics, degradation products of polymer systems and biologics, drug/polymer interaction products, extractables/leachables). Additional responsibilities include developing experimental strategies in collaboration with project team members, and communicating results and technical recommendations in written reports and oral presentations. The successful candidate is expected to perform hands on experiments independently while fostering team collaboration with other analytical associates in techniques such as NMR, FTIR, and Gas & Liquid Chromatography.

Required qualifications are listed below:
